RetireQuest uses only essential cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

Technical Details
The authentication cookie is set with the following security attributes:
- HttpOnly: Not accessible to JavaScript, protecting against XSS attacks.
- Secure: Only transmitted over HTTPS.
- SameSite=Strict: Not sent with cross-site requests, protecting against CSRF.
Third-Party Cookies
We do not set or permit third-party cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Vercel (our hosting provider) may set infrastructure-level cookies for security purposes; these are outside our direct control.
Your Choices
Because we only use an essential authentication cookie, there is no opt-out from cookies that would still allow you to use the service while logged in. You can log out to clear the authentication cookie. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but doing so will prevent login from working.
